For those of you who know me, I love fishtail braids. For those of you who don’t know me, I love fishtail braids.
This is a hairstyle that can be dressed up for a special occasion, or left alone for everyday wear. I hope you enjoy this tutorial!

AND… I found out yesterday that a bunch of my friends got engaged last week! One friend got engaged to someone she had been courting, then the next day two more friends got engaged to each other!!! It’s like CRAZY!!!!! and EXCITING!!!!! and very SURPRISING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay!! I’m going to try this style right now. 😀 (Without the flower though… it’s raining here :P) (And I rarely curl my hair, and I never use hairspray, and my hair doesn’t hold a curl well, so I’m going to skip the curl part and just gather all my hair into the bun.) Plus my bangs are just as long as the rest of my hair, so the curls would go down to my shoulders, and that would look really weird 😛

Oh another way I did it differently – I did it on the left side of my head 😛 I think it’s easier that way. 😛
And here’s a tip: Never try to do a fishtail braid if your hair is frizzy from just being taken down from a Twisted Rope Side Bun that was put in when your hair was damp!!! It is SUPER hard and frustrating.
(Short version of that: Don’t do a fishtail braid with frizzy hair. It’s hard.)
Oh BTW I thought the thing “For those of you who know me, I love fishtail braids. For those of you who don’t know me, I love fishtail braids.” was really funny! 😀

You’re either smarter or more diligent than I am (probably both). I saw that it was frizzy, and I knew it would be hard, but I was lazy and dumb and didn’t wet it.

Oh, goodness, no. That’s not what I meant. I’m sure it is harder to do it on frizzy hair. I always style my hair once it’s dry and smooth, so I wouldn’t know. 🙂
Plus, you said you liked how it turned out, and that’s really all that matters. 😀

Yes, both of those are the wrong scenes. But it’s still cool. And for Rey it is the right scene… just not the right part of the scene. 😛
